Fitness Events There are several fitness events that are being offered to members. USMS is promoting both the Go The Distance and Checkoff Challenge events, which are listed in the Events section under Other. These are great events to track your progress throughout the year and give yourself a goal to strive towards. USMS just introduced Fitness Blogs (or FLOGs) where you can track your activity, both inside and outside the water.

United States Masters Swimming (USMS) is a national organization that provides organized swim practices, competitions, and clinics for adults 18 and over. USMS is open to all swimmers (fitness, triathlete, competitive and non-competitive) who want to improve their fitness and swimming technique.
