Arizona Masters Swimming is run by a Board that approves an annual budget, sets meet dates, and communicates with the USMS National Office. Elected Board members serve a two-year term and Team Representatives serve for as long as their team wishes. The current term for elected members lasts through December 31, 2011.

United States Masters Swimming (USMS) is a national organization that provides organized swim practices, competitions, and clinics for adults 18 and over. USMS is open to all swimmers (fitness, triathlete, competitive and non-competitive) who want to improve their fitness and swimming technique.
